
Advocate Adam Dubyna has over 45 years of professional experience, acquiring vast practice and experience in various areas of law and in various positions.
Advocate Adam Dubyna started working while studying law at the registry of the former County Court in Malbork. Then, after graduating from the University of Mikołaj Kopernik in Toruń in 1972 he started working as a court trainee. After the judge's examination, he became a Court Assessor, then a District Court Judge, and then took the position of a District Court Judge. In this first, approximately 14-year-long stage of his professional work, during his practice and gaining various experience, he was also the Chairperson of the Department and acting President of the Court.
While adjudicating in the Courts of Warmia and Pomerania, he performed his duties and gained extensive experience in various areas of law (civil law, criminal law, family law, economic law, labor law, social security law, administration law, copyright law, etc.). He also performed the role of Notary.
Then Adam Dubyna, attorney at law, became a legal advisor and, as a legal advisor, he gained knowledge and experience in legal services, providing comprehensive legal services not only to natural persons, but also companies, commercial companies, state institutions, offices and communes.
